1. Service provider

These Terms of Service apply to the FloraRadar website and related services. The service is operated by MB "Electas", company code 305697951, address 46370 Kaunas, Europos pr. 34-47. Questions about these terms may be sent to info@floraradar.com.

2. What FloraRadar does

FloraRadar is a Lithuania-first plant discovery and plant marketplace information service. The website helps users search for plants, compare seller offers, prices, availability, product descriptions, and links to seller or other third-party websites.

FloraRadar is generally not the seller of plants, a party to the purchase contract, a payment intermediary, or a delivery provider unless a specific service clearly says otherwise.

3. Accuracy of information

FloraRadar aims to provide useful and current information, but plant names, prices, photos, stock status, delivery terms, and seller offers can change. Before making a purchase decision, always confirm final details on the seller website or directly with the seller.

FloraRadar does not guarantee that all information will be error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular planting, growing, commercial, or professional purpose.

4. Sellers and third-party links

The website may include links to seller, partner, information source, or other third-party websites. Those websites are not controlled by FloraRadar. Third parties are responsible for their own content, products, prices, orders, payments, delivery, returns, warranties, customer support, cookies, and privacy practices.

If a user buys a plant or another product from a seller, the purchase relationship is generally between the user and that seller.

5. Acceptable use

The user agrees to use FloraRadar lawfully and fairly. The user must not:

• interfere with the website, API, hosting, or security systems;
• collect data automatically in a way that creates an unreasonable load on the service;
• copy or resell FloraRadar data as a competing service without permission;
• use seller or other person information for spam, deception, or unlawful activity;
• try to bypass technical, access, or security controls.

6. Accounts, contacts, and seller information

If FloraRadar allows users to contact the team, submit seller information, or use account features, the user must provide accurate information and protect login credentials. MB "Electas" may restrict or end access if the service is used abusively, in breach of these terms, or in a way that creates risk for other users, sellers, or the service.

7. Cookies, analytics, and technical providers

FloraRadar may use necessary cookies, for example to remember language or market preferences, and analytics to understand how plant search, seller offers, and other parts of the website are used. The service may operate using hosting, database, security, and infrastructure providers, including Supabase and Vercel.

8. Intellectual property

The FloraRadar name, design, website structure, software code, datasets, text, and other content may be protected by intellectual property rights. The user receives a limited right to use the website for personal or internal business purposes under these terms.

Seller trademarks, logos, product photos, and descriptions may belong to the relevant sellers or other rights holders.

9. Service changes

FloraRadar may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website. These terms may also be updated. The latest version is published on this page with a version number and last updated date.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FloraRadar is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, plant failure after purchase or planting, seller actions, third-party website content, or decisions made based on information shown on the website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania unless mandatory consumer protection rules or other applicable laws require otherwise.
